Do you find tenants for my property?

Yes. Finding the right tenant is at the core of what we do: we market the property, screen candidates, organise viewings and prepare the rental contract. Every day a property sits empty costs the owner an estimated €50 or more in lost rent, so we work to keep vacancy as short as possible.
Which areas in Portugal do you cover?

I live abroad. Can you manage my property in Portugal?

Yes. Many of our clients are owners living outside Portugal. We act as your local point of contact, handle tenants, maintenance and paperwork, and keep you updated in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
How much does property management cost?

Do you only do long-term rentals?

Our focus is long-term residential rentals, which give owners stable income and fewer vacancies than short-term letting.
Can you renovate my property before renting it?

Do you handle maintenance and emergencies?

Yes. We coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted local professionals and respond to issues raised by tenants, so the owner does not have to.
Can you represent me at condominium meetings?

Yes. We can attend condominium meetings on your behalf and report back on decisions that affect your property.
